Patient Anonymity:
- Never share specific names, addresses, ID numbers, or clear facial pictures of patients in questions or replies.
- Practitioners must use general case descriptions (e.g., "A 45-year-old patient from Kaduna clinic presented with...") rather than direct identifying stories.
